BlueOcean Festival Kansai 2023 is held for the purpose mostly to acceralate scuba diving and marine industriies in Japan. You will see most organizations related to diving as diving proshops, and schools, local services in diving area, tourism assosiations, diving equipment manufacturers, teaching organizations, tourism industries.
They will show the latest equipments, fascinating diving spots, exhibiting underwater photographs, and etc.
The 1st total exhibition of marine and river sports and activities in Japan.
