Exhibition and seminar

QHow to get seminar tickets?

There will be no seminar tickets.  You can participate in a seminar with your event ticket.

QCan we photo/video shoot?

There will be exceptions but basically you can photo/video shooting in the event.

QCan we reserve seminar seats?

Sorry, we do not take any reservation.  Please come to the seminar space according to the timetable.

Ticket

QHow much is the ticket?

¥1,000 per person (¥800 for advance sale)

QWhere can we purchase tickets at the ATC hall?

A

Tickets will be available at ticket counter near the event entrance from 9:00 am to 17:30.

QHow to pay?

A

You can use a credit card at Ticket Pia but cannot use at the event hall.

QCan we enter if I forget the ticket?

Sorry, you need the ticket to enter the event.

QHow many person can enter per ticket?

1 person per ticket can enter the event but children under age of 7 can enter without tickets.

QWill 2 days ticket be available?

Sorry, there is no available 2 days ticket.

QCan we reenter the event?

Please keep half tickets for the renter.

QIs it possible to issue ticket receipt?

Please ask the receipt for ticket clerks when you purchase at the counter.

Sorry, group tickets are not available.

Sorry, there is no group discount.

Is there any child fare?  Sorry, there is no child fare but children under age to 7 can enter for free of charge.

QCan we purchase tickets in abroad?

Sorry, tickets are sold in Japan only.

QI need invitation letter to obtain Visa. Can you provide invitation letter?

Sorry, we do not issue invitation letter for Visa purpose.  Please contact your travel agent.

QAre tickets refundable?

No, tickets are not refundable.

QDo tickets have expire date?

Tickets are valid until 17:50 pm on May 20, 2018.

QCan we use unused 2018 tickets in 2019?

No, 2018 tickets are valid in 2018 event.

QCan we change date?

You can enter the event either May 19, 2018 or May 20, 2018 by 1 ticket.

Facilities

QDo you have any space for baby and child care space?

We have a space in O’s building.  Please check the map and use for baby and child care.

QCan we bring baby car?

Yes, you can.

QCan we bring food and drink?

Yes, but please keep event rules and have them in a designated area.

QDo you have cloak service?

Coin locker is available besides event hall.

QDo you have any baggage delivery service?

Convenience store named, Lawson provides delivery service.

QDo you have free Wi-Fi?

There is no free Wi-Fi service in the hall.

QAre there any hotels around the event hall?

Yes, please check ATC web site.

QCan we ride a bike to enter the hall.

No, please park your bike at the designated parking space.

QCan we enter with wheel chair?

Yes, you can.

QAre there any wheel chair rental service?

Yes, wheelchair rental service is available at ATC parking or event office. Limited quantity of wheelchairs are available and we don’t receive any reservations of them.  Please ask details for event staffs.

QAre there any mobile charging spots?

Sorry, it is not available in the hall.

QAre there any vending machines?

Vending machines are available close to the hall entrance.

QDo you have any first-aid facility?

We will have temporary first-aid room and a nurse.

QWill you limit the number of admissions to the hall?

Yes, we will limit the number of admissions in case the hall is fully occupied.

QWill you allow to enter with pets?

Sorry, we only allow entering with guide and service dogs.

QIs there any smoking room?

We will not have a smoking room in the event hall but ATC has a smoking room.  Please check on ATC website.

QCan we line up from the mid night?

A

No, you cannot.  ATC hall will open 7:00 am.

QAre there any convenience stores and ATM?

There are no convenience stores and ATM in the hall but ATC hall has them.  Please check on ATC website.

No, we will not have such service.
